CLADDING OF PREFABRICATED HALLS
For the hall cladding, quality PVC technical fabric, trapezoidal sheets, sandwich panels or wooden lining can be used.
PVC technical fabric
The PVC technical fabric is supplied at various grammage, depending on the basic hall parameters. The basic bearing material of this technical fabric is a solid grid of PES fabric, coated on both sides with an external layer of plasticized PVC provided with a protective coating of acrylic paint.
The internal grid of PES fabric provides the technical fabric with sufficient strength for the intended applications and the coating of plasticized PVC on both sides of this grid provides for sufficient protection of the internal material, fills in this fabric and determines the overall colour shade of the material. In addition to the basic white colour, the PVC coating can be created in any shade according to the RAL standard. In normal practice, however, only a limited basic shade palette is used. You can see the possible appearance of the hall by means of our configurator of prefabricated halls.
The final surface treatment is a top coat forming a smooth surface film which protects the material against UV radiation, fungi and adverse climatic conditions. In this way, among others, colour stability, long service life of the cladding as well as simple maintenance – washability are ensured.
The technical fabric is produced with a total grammage from 450g/m2 to approx. 1600g/m2. Most frequently, we use fabrics with a total grammage of 650g/m2 and 900g/m2.
Materials used for production of the cladding naturally conform to fire protection requirements. The technical fabric is classified in degree B;it is hardly flammable and self-extinguishing.
Trapezoidal sheets are particularly suitable as resistant cladding of side walls of halls of the UT and UTS type, or as complete cladding of the object of the AT and ATS types.
The sheets are supplied in basic colour variants and sections, so that your hall can look exactly ideas as you wish.
A type of cladding which is particularly suitable for heavier storage and production objects;without any difficulty, however, it can also be used as wall cladding for halls of the UT and UTS types. The panels feature high thermal insulation properties and are therefore particularly intended for internally heated objects.
The sandwich panel consists of two external sheet layers, the colours of which can be mutually combined, and internal filling of the desired thickness. The internal filing is made of PUR, PIR foam, polystyrene or mineral wool.
Wood is a beautiful natural material which gives a distinctive appearance to objects thanks to its typical structure.
The prefabricated hall structure can be prepared for subsequent fixing of wooden elements to meet your ideas. Whether you plan to execute the hall lining horizontally, vertically, in an Italian way or otherwise, the correct mounting fixtures will be ready on the load-bearing structure as agreed.
