Industrial halls

In various industries, prefabricated halls are most frequently used as STORAGE AREAS, PRODUCTION HALLS or ROOFED STRUCTURES.

Storage and production halls

Prefabricated stores are not only a financially advantageous solution, but also offer extensive options for made-to-measure adaptations. The dimensions can exactly be adapted to your needs, which will enable you to utilize every centimetre. Quick assembly and possible disassembly are indispensable advantages over masonry structures. An indisputable advantage is also roofing of existing objects or construction of production premises exactly according to your needs.

  2. Broad possibilities of industrial utilization - stores, production premises and others

Stable structure and quality cladding

The structure is resistant to external effects. The light steel structures fully consist of girder frames, interconnected at the given module distance. With the heavy structure, the load-bearing skeleton is in most cases made from solid rolled steel sections, or by combining with rectangular sections. For detailed information on the prefabricated hall structure, see here.

The prefabricated hall cladding comes in several variants - PVC technical fabric, trapezoidal sheets, sandwich panels or wooden lining. For all the necessary information on the prefabricated hall cladding, see here.

Broad possibilities of industrial utilization

Most frequently, prefabricated halls are used in industry as storage areas, mainly thanks to the possibility to adapt the actual hall shape to the required space, in which way you can use maximum space for storing items. The hall can be built on almost any flat surface, whether on a ballast strip, asphalt surface, concrete and road panels or another existing surface. For more on the prefabricated hall construction, see here.

The second most common use of prefabricated halls in industry is construction of a production or assembly hall. For these constructions, structures with saddle roofs or heavy structures in combination with cladding using trapezoidal sheets or sandwich panels are most frequently used.

Thanks to the many optional accessories for the prefabricated hall, such as gates of various shapes and sizes, heating, air-conditioning, ventilation, electrical wiring and various surface treatments, the hall can be turned into a full-value building exactly according to the specific needs of the user.
