Agricultural halls

Halls with a steel structure can be a perfect solution for animal stabling, storage of food and materials, a workshop or roofing for machines and pit silos.

Storage halls and stabling of animals

Steel-structure halls can be a perfect solution for breeding stock, poultry, pig and other farm animals. Construction of a prefabricated hall is a quick, and yet quality and durable solution in all weather conditions. The hall interior can be provided with any sub-base; individual pens can be created by means of barriers. Sufficient supply of air and light is ensured by a light-permeable PVC technical fabric supplemented by, for instance, netting instead of windows and a sliding gate or open hall face. A structure with cladding can also be chosen if a roofed structure is built on a pasture as a suitable shelter for animals or storage of hay or harvest.

  1. Stable structure and quality cladding
  2. Broad possibilities of use in agriculture - stores, stabling and others
  3. Quick assembly and possible disassembly
  4. Roofing of existing objects, such as pit silos

Stable structure and quality cladding

The structure is resistant to external effects. The light steel structures are made of girder frames, interconnected at the given module distance. With the heavy structure, the load-bearing skeleton is in most cases executed from solid rolled steel sections, or by combining them with rectangular sections. For more detailed information on the prefabricated hall structure, see here.

The prefabricated hall cladding can be selected from one of several variants - PVC technical fabric, trapezoidal sheets, sandwich panels or wooden lining. For everything necessary on prefabricated hall cladding, see here .

Workshops, roofing over machines and pit silos

Not only harvest and hay, but also agricultural equipment must be protected against unfavourable weather. Prefabricated halls can provide space for roofing over agricultural machines, but also workshops for their repairs and servicing or a break room for workers. An interesting and economically advantageous solution, for instance, consists in roofing of an existing silo pit, which can be used for many more decades thanks to that.
